The Match Play Handbook contains helpful documentation on all aspects of using Match Play. It contains descriptions of all tournament formats and explains how all features function.
Discord and Tilt Forums
If you can’t find the answer to your question in the handbook, you can reach out to your fellow pinball players.
Two good places to try are the Match Play Discord server and Tilt Forums. Both have active communities of experienced pinball tournament organizers who can help you.
You can send emails to play@matchplay.events. Keep in mind that Match Play is built and maintained by a single person (Andreas Haugstrup Pedersen). It may take some time before you receive an answer to your correspondence. If you have a question about a specific tournament, please always include a link to your tournament.
